This flatbed scanner incorporates the Epson ReadyScan LED Technology and provides an optical resolution of 4800x9600 dpi. It can scan papers of maximum size 216x297 mm and allows features such as colour correction, Dust removal tools, text enhancing technology and optical character recognition. It also comes with the features like 42 bit colour depth, multi-page PDF scanning, USB 2.0 port interface and dust removal feature to detect and remove image defects such as dust and scratches. Additionally it comes equipped with an easy-to-use film holder which has the capacity of scanning six frames of standard 35mm filmstrip or four frames of 35mm mounted slides.
